Tell us what you expected, what happened, your phone model, operating-system version, app version, and the approximate time of the problem.
Measurement help
Follow the framing instructions and keep your full body visible. If automatic measurement is unavailable, use the manual or typed-measurement path.
Account and privacy
Contact us from the email connected to your account when possible. Read the Privacy Policy for details about photos, saved measurements, diagnostics, and deletion.
